Teampay has partnered with PlayHQ to provide an enhanced user experience for all associations and clubs.
With the PlayHQ integration, competition information, including fixtures, is seamlessly integrated into Teampay, making setup a breeze and managing payments even easier.
With the e-scoring integration, game payment statuses are clearly displayed before the start of each game, directly at the court, ensuring transparency and ease of management for team game day staff and supervisors.
See how the integration works here.
Teams can give a forfeit via the Teampay app, which in turn, notifies the association and the opposition.
Teams can automatically be issued a forfeit fee to be paid upon notification of a forfeit.
For teams that miss a payment, send a notification and email reminder with a click of a button.
These can be configured to be automatically sent to teams that haven’t as yet paid 3 hours before tip-off.

It's been a joy working with Teampay over the past few years. They're always ready to help, and you solve problems so quickly! I've never had a better experience with any platform. Thanks to them, running our social competitions has become much easier, and their platform has played a huge role in lightening our workload.
Our teams are loving Teampay. It solves all the problems like collecting money and being out of pocket!
Moving away from cash was a big priority for us. We are always looking to innovate.
I personally loved using Teampay this season, it was definitely a game changer for us and I am so glad I did it. From the first email I saw which went to spam and not taking it seriously to where we are now, I am so glad I opened that email!
It's a brilliant tool for an organisation like the WNA and I expect it will be successful this season and more teams utilise it.
Teampay made everything so much easier...

If you do decide to join Teampay, we will support you through the whole onboarding process and supply you with all the necessary information to make it a smooth transition for your members.

Once the organisation has registered the team using the dashboard, they provide the team captain with a unique Team Code. Once the players have created their profile on the Teampay app, they use the Team Code to find their team and associate their profile with it.
2
The team captain allocates the scheduled game's fee to each player using the Teampay app, which can be split evenly or at different amounts per player. Once all players have approved the game fee on their end, the funds are deducted from their bank account and sent to Teampay via our secure payment gateway. These amounts then appear as 'Unclaimed' on the organisation's dashboard.
3
At the end of the night, the club can 'Claim' payments from one or more teams via the dashboard, in which case, the money is sent from Teampay to the organisation bank account in one payment. To simplify the process further, most organisations opt to have a payout once per week.
